Don’t smoke

Smokers, in particular, have an increased risk of developing lung cancer. A low-dose CT enables early detection.

Smokers, former smokers and passive smokers have an increased risk of developing lung cancer. If you are part of one of these groups, we recommend that you have a low-dose CT of your lungs, since if lung cancer is diagnosed early, the chances of successful treatment are significantly increased.

Diagnostikum Graz has highly modern CT scanners with the latest detectors. An examination using our Siemens SOMATOM Force® not only reduces the exposure to radiation compared to usual CT scanners by more than 90 per cent, but the relevance of the results is also incomparably higher than with a conventional X-ray. In this way, you can reduce your lung cancer mortality by more than 25 per cent.

Take your life in your own hands. Have a low-dose CT of your lungs at Diagnostikum Graz to detect cancer early enough or to rule it out. On that note: "Health isn't everything, but everything is nothing without health."
